12 Days of Christmas and 2 Pairs of Socks

I've definitely gotten some knitting progress done this week, and I plan to get lots more done before Christmas. But first, speaking of Christmas, I want to share with you a package I got in the mail last Thursday! I won a 12 days of Christmas giveaway over on Jordan of In it to Kawalify it's blog! Thursday was the 12th, so I got to open a gift as soon as I got it! Which was little jingle bells, as you can see in the photo. 

   On Friday I got these super cute orange bear buttons!

On Saturday, I got a pack of sequins and beads.

Yesterday, I go some beautiful candy can ribbon and a cute heart iron on.

And today, I got some beautiful holiday fabric, which will definitely become a project bag!

Needless to say, I am super excited to open the next 8 packages! But aside from this wonderful gift, I have been knitting like crazy! First off, I finished Baby Brother #1's socks yesterday night. The yarn did something totally different on each sock, but that's okay, my brothers hardly wear matching socks anyway!

Then today, I knit a whole sock! Granted, it is a boys size 5 sock, but still a whole sock! I really like what this sock did, how it striped and all. Hopefully I'll have a second pair of socks by the end of the week!
